*LWVLPC Candidate Forums and Ballot Initiative Speakers Bureaus: You are invited to attend numerous non-partisan candidate forums during September and October to meet and question La Plata County local and state candidates for local offices and state representatives for Senate District 6 and House District 59. Additionally during this period, you are invited to hear presentations on the ballot initiatives that you will find on the November 2010 General Election ballot.
